Mr. Nyland’s Gurdjieff group based in Warwick NY would like to invite you to a series of introductory meetings about Gurdjieff’s method of “The Work.” The meetings will introduce the method and its application in daily life based on Gurdjieff’s “Beelzebub’s Tales to His Grandson” and lectures that were recorded by Mr. Nyland (available to members of the group). The meetings will begin in February 2025.
Willem Nyland met Gurdjieff in 1924 and worked with him and his students for the next 25 years. After the end of the second World War, he was asked by Gurdjieff to start his own groups in America. The group he founded continues to this day.
The meetings will be on Zoom on East Coast time (time TBD).

The Land House Gurdjieff Group, established by Willem A. Nyland in 1965, is holding a series of introductory meetings open to those interested in exploring the ideas of Gurdjieff and their application in everyday life.
